Hear me out the reason why we hardly see any flower picker orcs is because the clan was nearly wiped out when Draenor was ripped a part but they were still a small clan at the time due to years of fighting against the botani threat.

And the reason the botani became such a threat in wod is because the flower pickers didn't get the fel power and were wiped out.
