Hey, here are my humble thoughts, The problem is first with the Mak'gora itself : globally, it sounds cool, but it is an old-fashion duel that perfectly matches with the old Draenor, between warriors and/or warlords. But not adapted to the current Horde at all.
An interesting thing about that is Thrall and Cairne developed new terms and new ways of the Mak'gora for the current Horde. But ever since Garrosh initiated the old one we've never seen the new one put into action that much.

Interesting complement of information, thanks so much ! :) I was thinking about Garrosh's death last time,...and the mention of the Exharch Hellscream. It may sound crazy, but do you think it could be the same ? :D

I don't think it is but it's an idea I've had bumping around in my brain for a bit since the introduction of Calia Menethil. If it is the same Hellscream that means we wouldn't see him in Shadowlands though which I think they've already datamined him as NPC there.
