I am reading what you're saying and once again it all factors down to the participants. Cairne and Garrosh stated one weapon in your example. In Wrath of the Lich King's pre-event Garrosh was allowed two weapons. More than one weapon is allowed if the fighters say so.

I would only say Thrall cheated if Garrosh said no elemental powers and that they were only allowed one weapon. The fact of the matter is one weapon is not an over-arching rule it's a rule you can give if you want to which clearly neither of them have said in previous matches.
At this point, I think we're just going to go in circles. I don't think he cheated and that's really that.

You are going in circles of denial, refuse to read an objective statement. As I said, I do love Thrall, but he cheated and that was the main theme of him dropping Doomhammer and giving it to players, his guilt. I'm sorry, but that's really that <:)
