Ban'orak during Shadowlands is basically him realizing that the afterlife is gonna suck. He spends most of his life disliking the undead and fighting the undead and then becomes undead. Big yikes for the big green boy.

Ban's not against keen about being undead. He's always told those he trusts and those he loves should he die to take the measures to make sure he never gets brought back as a Deathknight or undead servant of some kind. Now he's gotta deal with that in Maldraxxus.
I'm sure he'll get "used to it" over time. But while he's still alive he's going to very much dislike it.
