They both score pretty low on the 'People I'd like to have for my leader' poll.
Warchiefs I would have as my Leader: Thrall > Vol'jin > Blackhand > Garrosh > Sylvanas > Ner'zhul Ner'zhul scores pretty low because he actually ended up ruining his planet worst than anyone on this list and tried to bail on everyone too while doing that.

Blackhand scores as he high as he does only because he was nothing but a pawn. I tend to wonder how things would've played out had Orgrim told him about everything and he went about it an entirely different way. I look at the Blackhand in the movie and appreciate him more.

You know me. I'm not a huge fan of the Horde's ideology (most notable of their races.) But I think both Thrall & Vol'jin were leaders that would have led the Horde well & been able to negotiate in good faith with the Alliance, & Sylvanas has nice boobs so she's 3rd on the list.
