Garrosh told Sylvanas specifically to not use the blight on extreme circumstances. And she still did it anyways.
If this occured before Sylvanas had the Val'kyr under her then I can see it. My first run-in with Sylvanas was her announcing she'd solved the Forsaken's plight of not being able to propogate, so maintaining her irreplacable troops would've taken precedence over being humane.
Garrosh said it best. There really wasn't a difference between her and the Lich King at that point. It being inhumane should speak volumes on why it's not okay and why people took issue with her. Garrosh saw that and made it clear to her she'll one day have to answer for it.
