I mean, if I see Horde in SW I’ll try and kill it, IC or not lol. And I’m more of an RPer than a PvPer
Context is important in any given situation. If it's a peaceful matter IC then obviously don't go for the kill. If the Horde is aggressive then yeah. If it's a prisoner and they're be escorted to prison then no. There's reasons for it at times.

Skoll, as long as PvP achievements exist in stormwind and org, Most RP compliance rules are exempt in capitals as far as PvP goes. Killing for the honor isn't RP griefing in blizzards eyes, but camping them is. TLDR: people have full right to kill once, but camping them is ToS.
