She never did in the first place, so to make her suddenly do so would’ve been a complete character shift that wasn’t consistent with anything else she’s ever done.
I agree. But had the shift occurred I would've liked it is what I am saying. Sylvanas is nothing but a selfish and gloomy character and that's been her character for years. A change, while odd and not her normal - would've been welcomed at least.
Never a fan of suddenly changing a characters entire history because people like them. People should like a character for who they are, not what they want them to be. It’s why her fanboys are so annoying. They never liked the actual character. But their warped version of her.
My issue with Sylvanas was she never felt like a full-on Horde character. So when in Legion that had her express some sorrow for Varian and Vol'jin I started to like her. There was a level of Sylvanas I liked pre-Cata during mostly WotLK but that was it.
