It's really hard to pick my favorite; I love them all (minus BfA). Even the Shadowlands one was alright imo because of the LK fanservice, in spite of Sylvanas's role. If I had to, I'd say Cata is my fav; Deathwing destroying the world just by his presence always gives me chills.
Deathwing and Warlords of Draenor are probably the most underrated but badass cinematics they created. I usually enjoy the ones that tell an actual story more than "Here's something cool!" I have a soft spot for BfA's though.

If I had to put them in order of preference, mine would be: Cata > WoD > Legion > MoP > WotLK > Shadowlands > TBC > Classic > BfA (though all, minus BfA, are great) Though the Saurfang cinematics top them all; I love story-focused cinematics more than flashy and fight-y ones :D
