In Outlands, maybe. In AU Draenor yes!
Pretty sure that AU Draenor there actually aren't that many Mok'Nathals as we only saw Rexxar and no sign of the Mok'nathals in Gorgrond.

I figured... But seeing that they could be like Rexxar, and just stayed away from all the chaos creates by the others, much like they did in Outlands, plus AU Draenor was missing a huge island that got scrapped wich could be their safe haven (and they are the only ones not back)

I like to think there are. Since AU Draenor pretty much has the same history as normal Draenor up until Garrosh ruined it all, the half-ogre half orc who were rescued by the Frostwolves would of already happened by that time since I think that happened Garad
