I really hope we finally learn what the hell Xal'atath is. Is she an Old God? Is she apart of an Old God? Is she something else? But yeah I hope she get's a very nice and unique model at some point.
In the stated lore it was said she might've been a piece of Y'sharaj who was once the strongest Old God. I'm completely down for her turning out to being one of the strongest and most threatening Old God Azeroth ever faced.

I wouldn't really call her or see her as neutral. She did sell us out to N'zoth for her own gains. I think that whenever she comes back it won't be to help us. I keep picturing in my head she'll return with new Old Gods and an Ethereal army or something.
