To me I think it creates an amazing opportunity for story telling. Depends how it works - if 1 yr in Shadowlands = 5-10 yrs in Azeroth that could provide for some really compelling stories to be written. Void lords invaded, Anduin assassinated = no SW heir/chaos, you name it.
I'd hope Anduin wouldn't get assassinated off-screen or really at all. But I get what you mean at least.
I wouldn't either. If Anduin happens to have an heir, it'd be an interesting setup to have Wrathion as Regent of SW looking over the child. Personally I would like to see the Wrynn line die with Anduin just to bring more drama into the Alliance kingdoms. (e.g. the Tudor line)
