This may be cynical of me, but: The one thing I’m also surprised about is how many people are going with the “fuck Blizzard” mentality and losing it over a possible 5-10 year timeskip when that sort of anger should be reserved for like 200 years. 5-10 years is manageable.
I think that a Time Skip would mix things up a little. Yes, I'm worried about older RP characters and characters in general who could very well die of old age but at the same time, you have plenty of characters who're just stuck.
