It's much easier to give their current heritage armor a different tint than making an entirely new armor for the Wildhammers to wear. Interestingly enough plenty of races and allied races do actually have unused color tints.
Yeah thats my point. Recolors are low cost and easy. An entirely new set of armor is a very different request.
