Liadrin and the Blood Knights being redeemed by the new Sunwell and Quel'delar being redeemed by the Sunwell is why she should have wielded it. I swear Blizzard has so many thematically appropriate things like this and they never use it, opting to randomly make something else.
It's probable that people complained that she had it when they had it. It's the same thing I keep seeing when people were freaking out over Artifact Weapons not staying with them.
