I choose to believe Kiryn hasn't been in anything since Pandaria because they're off living their best life and not getting knifed as a one-off plot point like poor Amber Kearnen.
Horde Characters in MoP were either forgotten, killed off, or are now Death Knights. You'd think Shokia would be on a most-wanted list for almost killing Jaina and siding with the True/Iron Horde.

I was kind of expecting they'd continue this "Veteran Squad of Characters" into WoD. With Gamon taking Nazgrim's place, Kiryn (remaining the scout), Riko (the new Sniper with dook), Rivett (the Engineer), the player (of course), & last but not least the under-appreciated Gorrok.
