Is the Wrathion definitely FOR him? I only ask because the other seem very unique and thematic but his just seems kind of like generic background music to me.
They strictly used that music for the Legendary Questline in Mists of Pandaria only. I remember that much.

Yeah, more or less, his Pandaria theme can't be heard anywhere in the game now that those quests are gone, which would strongly imply it applies only to him. Given that his BFA theme is a new rendition of it, both would then link to Wrathion.
