They're making it sound like contributing to all of Azeroth makes her queen and that her rank is well deserved because of those actions. I'm not sure what they're going for here.

It's more likely she'll meet her end in the Shadowlands. I really don't see them pulling a redemption story for her considering all that she's done in BfA and prior. They didn't give Deathwing or Garrosh a redemption arc so she shouldn't be any different.
