Is it possible to “purify” a green or red orc of the fel influence and revert them back to a normal brown orc? Or would they just... not survive that

I'd argue most Orcs that settled in Orgrimma/followed Thrall are pretty much set in to have that green skin color and since a good portion of them were lethargic, sorta too late. Alternatively I'm sure its possible with beings that are..profecient in altering someone entirely
I think it's way more common for Orcs to not want their skin changed at this point. Either as a reminder or something else. I think it's more possible for Orcs to "lose" this skin tone through mating with the Mag'har of Outlands/Draenor to have kids who share in that skin.
