Is it possible to “purify” a green or red orc of the fel influence and revert them back to a normal brown orc? Or would they just... not survive that

I think if you can turn a satyr back into a Night Elf, you can turn an orc back into a Mag’har. I just wouldn’t call it a terribly common practice.
We know Jaina, a couple of shamans, a couple of priests were able to purify the reddish fel color on Grommash Hellscream in Warcraft 3. So perhaps its possible to purify the orcs' skin. May be dependent though on how long they've had that running through their veins.pic.twitter.com/YIBDy1pirz

I'd argue most Orcs that settled in Orgrimma/followed Thrall are pretty much set in to have that green skin color and since a good portion of them were lethargic, sorta too late. Alternatively I'm sure its possible with beings that are..profecient in altering someone entirely

I think it's way more common for Orcs to not want their skin changed at this point. Either as a reminder or something else. I think it's more possible for Orcs to "lose" this skin tone through mating with the Mag'har of Outlands/Draenor to have kids who share in that skin.
