i even tried to direct the conversation to be about transmog in general but nope
The worst thing I'll end up doing is saying too much about my own transmog and say what I was trying to base it on like a character or something. I just don't get people who wanna make WoW into a dating app especially through transmog of all things.

it’s an excuse to send a message most likely is what i think. but yes i agree! ugh! though i did meet my partner because of WoW/shared interest in it.. but 100% not in a creepy way like this

I definitely think finding a better half in WoW is possible. But this is not the way of going about it. "Ah yes, I met your father through transmog! It was a day just like today and he said the most amazing words about my armor! And so we got married." Like what.
