Varok would probably go to Maldraxxus given his life as both a warrior and survivor. Bastion seems less up his alley considering what it would take from him.

Bastion could still be argue'd due to the sense of duty he felt towards the horde.

One could argue Varok ended up in Revendreth, what with how repentant of his mistakes in the past through the dialogs and such in BFA alone, tho yea... Maldraxxus is more likely.

I don't really think someone like Varok Saurfang would go to somewhere like Revendreth. Revendreth is your last chance before facing a place like the Maw. Varok is hardly prideful, tyrannical, and filled with crimes as say someone like Kael'thas or Garrosh.
