Add a "perhaps" to your comment or people will accuse you of dealing in absolutes. I see her as having something akin to PTSD; becoming unhinged by what happened at Arthas' hands. Asking her to live by our standards would be like telling a schizophrenic to 'get over it'

There's a pretty strong case for the Horde being the 'bad guys' in WoW. That doesn't mean that they don't have a reason for being the way they are. The Forsaken got screwed by their living relatives who couldn't/wouldn't see they weren't scourge anymore. They deserve to be pissed

The Horde regarded as "bad" were led by literal "Bad Guys". Sylvanas and Garrosh both sit in that same boat where they are indeed bad guys. The difference between Sylvanas and Garrosh is Garrosh did what he did for the Orcs while as Sylvanas did everything for herself.

Then you don't really know much about Garrosh... it's literally all over his lore. His father legacy is kinda important, but his extreme care/loyality/love for the Orcs is way more important. It's really most fundamental and consistent part of Garrosh character in Warcraft lore.
