Garrosh might have been a great WARchief but he wasn't a great leader. The problems he caused his people far outweighed any benefits he brought to them. He perpetuated the Orc mantra of .. We want. You have. We take. Those who say this do not work or play well with others.
I see her as having something akin to PTSD; becoming unhinged by what happened at Arthas' hands. Asking her to live by our standards would be like telling a schizophrenic to 'get over it'
Garrosh was not a great Warchief but was a good -ORCISH- leader or what defined an Orc at the time. A Warchief's definition greatly changed as the Horde evolved more and more and included other races.

Being a great Orcish leader is fine and dandy on a planet with nothing but orcs. But if the thing that makes you a great leader involves attacking other races, killing their people and stealing their land, then yes ... within the context of that planet you are the bad guys.
