The new models were absolute hype. I think if Shadowlands had included "New Customization features" I would've been way more excited for it.

For real the shadowlands reveal trailer is just... Bizarre. I get that "level cap REDUCED!" etc would probably be a bad look to a lot of people but its exactly what I was hoping for and that trailer scared the shit outta me. Thank god for the panel
