Internment Camps for the Orcs and Prison for actual war criminals are two different things. Internment Camps would mean all of the Horde (even ones who did nothing wrong). Prison would be for those who actually committed serious crimes.

Wait. Which orcs on Azeroth at the end of the second war had not committed the crime of invading Azeroth? The kids right? So the solution was to imprison every adult who went through the dark portal and separate them from their children to culture wash them?

The children were also placed in the Internment Camps along with the parents. At the very least the Camps allowed them to still be with their families.

Yeah I'm reluctantly pro camps here. I really feel there's no good solution to the second war problem. Theres no real world issue that really compares neatly. So I dont know what better could have been done. It was an awful time.

The best solution to gurantee a cooperation would be, let out an open trial to let the whole Horde witness, who is responsibile for this - not like Warcrimes, where Garrosh got the blame, no, every one who had something to say and who acted on the behalf of Sylvanas
