This is personally one of the worst punishments I could honestly think the Alliance doing to the Horde and that's why I gotta say no. Taking children away from their parents would not result in a proper peace - it would, in fact, make things worse.

Alliance becoming, "We get to take care of your kids instead of you. This is to ensure you don't start anything again." Is by far one of the worst suggestions and easiest way to make the Horde hate the Alliance even more.

Not all horde want genocide. Vol’jin didn’t. Baine doesn’t. Thrall doesn’t. Garrosh and sylvanas on the other hand did. And u see what happens to those that don’t follow. Travel can be hard on some so the option to keep their families safe behind a wall due to some alliance
