Alliance becoming, "We get to take care of your kids instead of you. This is to ensure you don't start anything again." Is by far one of the worst suggestions and easiest way to make the Horde hate the Alliance even more.

The Internment Camps did not work. If the Horde was still causing issues and was still open to war (which they aren't they cut out their Warchief for crying out loud) I could see a reason for wanting this. But they don't.
