When you get down to it, Baine disrespected her. Can you imagine if your relative was a King & he was killed in his home for being allied to an nation that was an enemy to his attackers, then another leader publicly says during the funeral you should forgive the enemy?
Baine never says to forgive the enemy. He merely asks that they should get to talking with Anduin (who is his friend). Baine also opened up with he knows exactly what she is going through when his own father died. Baine was also mainly speaking to Sylvanas and not Talanji.
