Those that remained loyal to Sylvanas to the bitter end even when given a second chance either escaped/were locked up. Who does the Alliance intend to punish here exactly? The Horde currently in charge wants peace mainly while Sylvanas' goonies who're gone want war. (2/3)
This is definitely going to be a very difficult area for Blizzard to address. Mists of Pandaria and Battle for Azeroth seemingly were the end to the Cycle of Hatred but red flags are already starting to flap with Tyrande & even Talanji. This is gonna be tough for everyone. (3/3)

I agree for the most part. With Garrosh, it was easier to parse the change in the Horde, since it was a new plot that promised change. BFA seems to imply that things will just repeat the same as before. As much as I'd like to, I can't ignore what lead up to the rebellion.

As much as I don't want to I will have to add that Genn will most likely go with Tyrande as well. Can't forget Gilneas and that fact the Gilneans have lost their home twice.

If I remember correctly the actual goal was to hold Teldrassil hostage. The burning happened because The Dark Lady lost her temper. Unless she planned on burning it regardless.
