Thrall wasn't really a thing for Alliance in Warlords of Draenor too much. Cataclysm I definitely understand why the Alliance wouldn't be too thrilled about him. I don't think Thrall will have a -giant- role in Shadowlands but he will have a role in Maldraxxus most likely.

Cataclysm Thrall was unfortunately where even I can admit they used too much Thrall but again it is what it is. It doesn't bother me that much but I get it. Just because people (or I) want Thrall in the story doesn't mean we want him hogging the spotlight.
