Zul'jin is the biggest loss honestly. TBC is a damn slaughterhouse of gutting potential.

The internal conflict and potential resolution of Zul'jin and Quel'thelas if he was a Horde character would've made for an actually very engaging storyline. At the very least, he deserved to be more of a recurring villain.

I wouldn't count Drakuru. He had an appropriate arc that went on much longer than was normal for a character like him.

I kinda liked Drakuru though. Mainly wanted him to turn good and become apart of the Ebon Blade to help take down Arthas. I'm a softy for redemption arcs.
