Void elves weren't exiled because.of Alleria. They were exiled long before. The sunwell was after the fact justification. Fel has endangered MULTIPLE wells. Exile was a mixed bag of justification and unjust action. Same story with the Kaldorei exiling high elves before.
I think it's important to remember we haven't seen any of the Illidari anywhere close to Silvermoon City since they joined the Horde in Legion. All things considered, the Void Elves were also going off of Dar'Khan's research who was one of the worst elves in their book.
