I've no idea if the undead Sylvanas had raised in 8.1 are going to stick around in the Horde or return to the Alliance. On one hand, they'd fit in with the Forsaken on another they'd fit better back on their own side. The better choice is to just make them a new neutral faction.

Danuser ruled out returning to the Alliance. I'd prefer them as their own faction, they have no reason to side with their murderers.

I mean one could argue some of the Forsaken were murdered by the Horde though.

Also pretty weird but the horde aren't directly involved with gassing towns to raise its occupants. But yeah Forsaken have been wonky since cata turned them from victims of circumstance into Scourge 2.0 tbh

Ultimately I think they should just remain their own thing as they have plenty of ties to the Alliance and only minorly have some relations with the Horde since Voss seemed to have been the only one who cared for them at that point.

I am just really sick to death of the "The Horde is the only home for the people they murder" story. Because faction lines dictate you join one and kill the other. So we get to lose our characters and get told how bad we are for being mean to them as they kill us. I -HATE- it.

It is important that the Horde was the first-ever faction to accept an undead race into their faction but for the most part, the Horde was always a faction of outcasts that nobody wanted. It remains that so it all depends on if the Alliance doesn't tell those that died to F-Off.

Yeah that's what I'm sick of. Its been stretched pretty goddamned thin - to the point that we have characters forgiving their MURDER to side with "Muh faction of acceptance" Its a thin excuse to take shit from me and beat me over the head with it. I'm tired.

It does seem like they're setting up Calia to lead the Forsaken, sure you've got the China Interview but she's not gonna lead them right away. I don't think Calia's aid with those Undead Kaldorei should lead to them joining the Horde but just lead to their own healing really.

My ideal situation would be another desolate council with Voss acting as liaison between the horde and forsaken. The last thing they need is another all powerful singular leader right now.
