To be honest, even though they SHOULD, I don't think they'll make all the returning heroes look like some weird form of the zone they're in. I think Kael'thas, Draka, Uther, ect will all look how we think.
Perhaps. Though I have the feeling that Draka may look more undead-ish due to how Maldraxxus operates.

I think if they DO turn them into the creatures of that zone, it'll happen at the end of the storyline after you resolve the storyline they're doing.

That would make a lot of sense. I just hope we get some form of an updated model with them to use. As a content creator, I love being able to use those types of updated models for my videos. And Kael'thas could severely use that.
