There's this weird thing about Sylvanas in BfA. Yes I don't like her character that much due to her role in this expansion. BUT it was something that was bound to happen with her character. It was never a matter of if it was always a matter of when she would forsake the Horde.

Arthas can be blamed for Sylvanas, maybe. But Arthas isn't here anymore and honestly, she's not been doing the bidding of anyone but herself. It's completely reasonable for people to blame Sylvanas for own her actions she's been doing since freed from Arthas' control.

Forsaken have a blurred sense physically and mentally, sure. But they've proven then can do more, and Sylvannas has done nothing to help them be more.

My whole point is that the "now without it's chains" argument is flawed. The chains don't need to be there. The damage has already been done and there's no repairing it. As for wanting to rekindle those feelings, yes she does want that, but proves INCAPABLE of doing so. 1/4

Summing up: Remember how Sylvanas wanted to reconnect with Vereesa but threw away the chance because she was so angry over the failed assassination. She impulsively prioritized hate and violence over love, even though love is what she really wanted most. No more filters.

I'm still going to blame Sylvanas for her actions rather than blaming Arthas for them.
