True, I still think the implications though with the issues with the Lei-shen Mogu >< would strike a fear from the Rajani still in Pandaren even if they are allies. Similar to how not all Forsaken are bad but some humans fear them, or even Orcs!
Pandaren, in general, don't tend to hold grudges and the Rajani working with the likes of the Shado-pan, Golden Lotus and Lorewalkers is a great step in the right direction. Obviously, not every single Pandaren will be ease with them but their past actions will help.

Also uh. Fear as an emotion is something Pandaren actively fight against in their daily lives long since the time of Shaohao. I've always found it weird how some Pandaren RP characters get afraid so easily, even though most of them learn to deal with negative emotions early.

Well to be fair not all Pandaren are from Pandaria. The Pandaren from the Wandering Isles probably didn't have as much as a lifestyle connected to their emotions and the shas those from their homeland did.
