I like how some people were/are dissing on Varok for being "Mister Honor" when he admitted not so long ago that he doesn't know what honor "truly is" and that the Horde deserved more than it. He talks about honour at Teldrassil. At Undercity. In the Stockades. In Swamp of Sorrows. He demands what is literally an *honour* duel against Sylvanas. People think he's Mister Honour because he keeps talking about it. One cinematic doesn't change that?
One Cinematic doesn't change that. Several do. Kinda the whole point of his arc.

He mentioned it briefly, in the one you linked, but the rest of time he was Mister Honour. Again, he declares an honour duel as his final act. Thrall's states at his funeral that he "inspired all of us to strive for true honour." He declares it Saurfang's "legacy".

So I'm not sure what the objection is - that he was questioning his honour? Sure, I guess, but the themes from Blizz seem to be that his honour WAS the important thing. That's what Thrall, Anduin and the collected funeral-goers are left with.
