So we have the same story all over again? Boring. Can we, you know - develop - on some point and not having the "I want you too" mentality? The Horde was an instable alliance with different morals and fragile idenitity. Now it can change and we can have a different setting

It already changed - almost 20 years ago in Warcraft III. That Blizzard chose to make the Horde the villains of the story again, not once, but twice, invalidates the original redemption story of the orcs and Thrall's arc.

Instead of exploring evil Horde for the fourth time we can see what happens to the races of the Alliance if their morals get subverted. Their faith in the Light, their belief in law and justice - these can and must be twisted to evil, to show that neither faction is good or bad.

It adds nothing to the plot though. The only aspect you change is "Well its now your time", which is, in itself boring - as we had this already. To add up, no Alliance race truly has strong expansionistic ambitions - besides regaining their own homeland

It will be different aesthetically and ideologically. Self-assured righteousness and fanaticism instead of desperate desire for a better life for your people (Garrosh), or... wanting to kill people to feed your death daddy (Sylvanas)? Sinister inquisitors and paladins, etc

If anything they're clearly setting up a divide between Tyrande, Anduin and members of the Alliance. Tyrande wants vengeance for Teldrassil and clearly shows cracks in the ranks of the Alliance. The Alliance being divided is something new and not yet done before for them.

The Alliance being divided was already a theme in Pandaria, when Varian had to take actions against Jaina and Anduin. Its not entirely new to this point. To add up, Tyrande is not alone in her call for vegance, everyone besides Anduin understands her at this point.

The Alliance being divided was hardly touched on in Mists of Pandaria. It's new in a way where it affects the whole Alliance where not just a person is opposing it but potentially a whole race and its races leader.

At the conference, only Anduin was hoping for some idealism. But besides him, everyone else has the same doubts as Tyrande. The only difference, Tyrande wants to see Sylvanas dead, which is quite understandable at this point. I dont see "cracks" if I am honest.

There is also the question of whether just Sylvanas or the entire Horde is responsible. Tyrande leans more towards the latter and she's perfectly justifiable in that. What if she attacks the Horde on her own accord?

The Horde has every right to defend itself from her and respond. That's where things get ugly. Does the Alliance come to defend Tyrande when the Horde responds to her attacks? Or do they tell her to stop and refuse to support her when people want peace.

Boom! Now the Horde is sympathetic.

Sympathetic for what? Exactly? They would be sympathetic, if they rather help Tyrande finding out what made them destroy Teldrassil in the first place, how they got manipulated that easy, to step down on their war behavior and go for cooperation instead of destruction
