He helped her and then betrayed her -- like pretty much everyone else did.

He betrayed her at the worse time haha like kill Malfurion and then boom! All things would have worked out easier for the Horde

See that's the thing. At one point she said she didn't want mass death and genocide, then turns around and does it then we find out "oh hey she's been in League with the Jailer for a while." Like ummmmm why did her thoughts never reflect this?

The main problem with the Jailer and Sylvanas is it seems very out of the blue and doesn't feel as natural as other stories. I hope Shadowlands can make it feel way more genuine because right now it feels super out of nowhere.

Its interesting though, first time we see the jailer, hes on his knees infront of Sylvanas, is he the jailer of the maw, or jailed in the maw, Sylvanas wants to free us from death, most likely her self but throwing us all in one pile to "seem" somewhat good

Sylvanas is pretty much the reason why everyone is going to the Maw. So many died just to feed her power. It doesn't seem very good to me at all. Shadowlands can always subvert this but I personally think it's better to keep her the baddie because that's her true nature.

I wonder if blizzard are going with "When hell is full, do the dead walk the mortal realm" idea, i personally dont believe undead go to the MAW hence why at first Sylvanas was so scared of dying, now shes teamed up? its very strange

I think actually that most if all Undead go to the Maw because they act so different as compared to their first lives. After all, Arthas was manipulated mostly by Frostmourne and Ner'zhul and seemed pretty relieved to be freed from the charge of the Lich King.

Isnt it stated somewhere where Sylvanas first dies as undead that undead dont go to the shadowlands? The Maw is a part of the shadowlands engine where souls are sorted, dont sound like a place where undead go

I don't recall them saying that Sylvanas never went to the Shadowlands. They kept the place she went to as pretty vague and that Arthas was there with her. They also stated the relationship between Sylvanas and the Jailer started in Edge of Night which is when Sylvanas died.
