I don't know. The Nightborne seemed to be pretty focused on Tyrande and not over the druid coven that cured them of withering already and it seems to be easy to ignore Alliance Highborne. Making friends with the Horde made sense. Betraying and murdering the Kaldorei felt jarring
They eventually figured out what they wanted to do with Thallysra more properly in Naz'jatar. As someone who pushes for unity between Alliance and Horde but still has Lor'themar's back.

Which I did like. Would feel better if the game would start making mechanical changes to reflect the more dynamic relationships like this. But I digress as someone who's wanted dynamic faction grinding since vanilla running ZF with NPCs across the spectrum. :-\
