Its a super unpopular opinion but I really hope Dalaran returns to being an Alliance city. Plop it back down in Hillsbrad. The Horde doesn't need to share table scraps anymore. The two most magically advanced civilizations on the planet are Horde aligned.

Very unlikely considering the Leadership is no longer in the hands of people like Jaina.

Sadly. Although the SW portal room being slathered in Kirin-tor banners and stuff makes me wonder

Horde got Nightborne, doesn't they?

I don't really understand this argument. "Horde got Nightborne and therefore the Kirin Tor MUST go full Alliance." The Kirin Tor had their reason to go full Alliance from MoP to WoD and then in Legion that arc concluded.

Its not that they must. Its just that it is not unlikely. In legion it was a 3 to 2 Vote. 2 of the "Let them in" people are gone. Kalec is in the chamber of Heart and Khadgar is in Kharazan so it isn't that far streached to assume they helped the Alliance.

Characters can come and go but also return. Just because those characters aren't in Dalaran doesn't mean they wouldn't return to their council roles ESPECIALLY if it is for something like, "Let's join the Alliance again."
