A slightly longer haircut. Not as long as the ones we have now, but something like Paul Rudd in Hot Ones.
My main and ultimate hope is Orcs get the Mag'har hairstyles and one of the colors they get is that of Thrall's where it is both grey and black. That's what I hope to make Ban'orak look like in Shadowlands rather than just full-on grey.
