Its pretty wild Lor'themar only got his own model in BFA. Like just think about that. The leader of the most played race in the game was stuck in 2007 gear for 11 years.
Honestly, a lot of the Horde Leaders got their own unique models finally within either Legion or BfA. It wasn't just the Blood Elves. - Baine was wearing TBC and Wrath gear. - Gallywix was wearing classic gear. Finally, we got some major wins with those new models.

Ye but none of those guys were around as long as Lor'themar, or had been as involved as him (MoP/SOO especially). Just weird it took him so long. Halfway into BFA even, couldn't make it in time for the siege.

The only characters whoever got updates to their models in the Horde for the longest time was Thrall, Vol'jin, Sylvanas. The main factor was Lor'themar wasn't active until MoP and nobody else was really getting new models just yet.
