I feel like BfA should've honestly concluded with Sylvanas as the final boss. Nathanos ultimately dies, Sylvanas loses not just her title of Warchief but also her body & escapes. The expansion concludes with the Factions united, "We're coming for you next N'zoth." BAM END! (1/3)

I think Reckoning felt like the truest of endings to this expansion not that stuff with N'zoth (it felt slapped on by some cheap glue). It could've started in Thunder Bluff and ended at the front gates of Orgrimmar. You could have save Zekhan as apart of the raid too! (2/3)

It just felt like everything was building up to fighting Sylvanas since the start of the expansion not our boy N'zoth who was hinted at but not in our faces like Sylvanas was. Rise of the Black Empire should've been what we got next with N'zothy boy leading the charge. (3/3)

THEN when the dust has settled and the Black Empire is no more we go to the Shadowlands and deal with Sylvanas and her buddy the Jailer once and for all. That is how I would've done things. Maybe we're in for a surprise and N'zoth is in the Shadowlands or something?

I'm not a 'wow is dead' type, but is it possible Blizzard is tying up story lines (and seemingly under funding their games) because Shadowlands will be the last expac? We go there and at the end of 9.3.5 are told 'no more rezs for you.' And we get turned into ethereal plant food.
