The main thing is everybody is assuming Calia is going to make the Forsaken as a whole change. Right now she's in the process of just helping out those who were abandoned by Sylvanas by helping them out physically and mentally.
My main point for all of this was to express to give her a chance. As they could come out with something with her that could be interesting & potentially appealing. Calia is faced with Sylvanas who is a character we've known since 2002. It's not going to be easy to replace that.
