I can't see Calia doing that but also...good? 100% of the time we see Forsaken undeath as a hellish existence that nobody wants. Even if they learn to live with it, its still horrible. Calia wants to help the remaining Forsaken who feel betrayed.

You're really stuck on that cursed, hellish existence bit aren't you? If you knew the Forsaken at all, they could end it whenever they desired, but they didn't. Why? Because they want to continue living that "cursed, hellish existence." So yes, it's the same thing
In Before the Storm it was explained that Sylvanas basically wouldn't let them stay dead despite some of them wanting to. Now that Sylvanas is gone I think we'll see the Forsaken have more freedom in how they wish to live their undead lives.

Right, I remember reading that part, which I think is good that Sylvanas is gone so if they do choose to die a second time, they can. My thing is there's some who still wished to live their second life and push forward. Those are the ones I'm focused on.

I think you'll find not too many on the Horde are pro-necromancy or pro-undeath in this case. While it's true many of the Forsaken have earned their place in the Horde over the years I don't actually think the Horde would want them to resurrect more.
