One thing I hope they answer in Shadowlands is what is the deal with ghosts we still see on Azeroth and interact with?

And there's 1 think I don't get if u already have a level 60 will he be reduced to 50 or lower and I think the dks should be level 35 and DHS be 45 instead of level 1?!
I think they'll factor in how levels work or change in Shadowlands by math or something. Like if you're level 60 you'll instead be level 20 or something.
