One thing I hope they answer in Shadowlands is what is the deal with ghosts we still see on Azeroth and interact with?

My biggest question who's the Jailer what are his motives how powerful is he is he against Azeroth and what his beef with silvavannas bwonsamdi lich King burning legion and maybe void Lord's and old God's and is he a void Lord himself??
I'm sure we'll learn that in his zone, "The Maw" where we'll learn the many secrets on both Sylvanas and the Jailer.

And there's 1 think I don't get if u already have a level 60 will he be reduced to 50 or lower and I think the dks should be level 35 and DHS be 45 instead of level 1?!
