Skoll, Yogg did about as much as N'zoth if not less. Sure, his blood is what made much, if not all of the scourge what it is, and may had something to do with Sylvanas' crazy episodes, but the only thing Yogg had over N'zoth was an iconic voice.
Yogg-saron's antics were: - The curse of flesh. - Corruption of Loken & other Titan Keepers. - The fall of Ulduar. - The Emerald Nightmare. N'zoth had some amazing feats under his- er belt? But Yogg-saron was really the one building the blocks for N'zoth to use.

It could be argued that all Old Gods had a hand or rather tentacle with Deathwing from the start. Since we see Yogg-saron's vision of the dragon soul being formed within his fight in Ulduar.
